How do you screw up a gluten-free pizza? Did you add extra gluten?

gluten is wheat and oat products. so people with gluten allergies can't have anything with flour in it, which is pretty awful. everything wheat is just replaced with corn or rice, and doesn't taste nearly as good and is way more expensive.
